With a U-Key™, you can walk up to a door holding a computer, coffee, boxes, or other items and not have to put anything down. It’s the perfect commercial keyless entry system. Just open the door and walk in.
Hands-free U-KeyTM creates an open but secure campus. All doors are set to a locked position, but open to authorized users. No need to present or swipe the key, no line of sight is required.
Locks are easily programmable so that a single U-key™ can open doors at different distances. For example, an office door may be accessed at 2 feet, a front door at 10 feet, or a garage gate at 100 feet.
Locks continue to function even in the event of a power outage or network failure.
One U-KeyTM is all that is needed to enter different buildings on a single campus or multiple campuses worldwide.
The process of replacing a lost U-KeyTM is simple and instantaneous. No locksmith is required to re-key any lock.
When there is an active shooter, the best way to protect employees is to put them behind a locked door. SecureALL has the most robust lockdown capability available.
An employee can trigger local lockdown of a room when they feel at risk. Security is automatically alerted that a lockdown has occurred, and requires immediate attention. It is not necessary for anyone to find a phone and call 911.
Since the SecureALL system is a facility-wide security upgrade, insurance premiums can be reduced, similar to premium reductions for central fire alarms.
Expensive assets can be tracked and an alarm set off if the asset moves beyond a predefined space in a building.
SecureALL system monitors every entry into a room. When there is a report of theft, the business can review access records to see who has been in the room and at what time.
All SecureALL locks have tamper protection. An alarm goes off when someone tries to get into a room via forced entry.
In the event of a natural disaster (fire, earthquake, flood), U-KeyTM tracking can be used by first responders to aid in pinpointing the location of all employees and bring them to safety. This minimizes the time first responders are in harm’s way. Assigned external meeting places may be set up to identify which employees have successfully exited the building. Simply approaching the area automatically registers the employee as safe.
U-Keys™ enable the option for automatic time and attendance logging for employees and contractors.
The Guardian System can organize and control conference room usage. A user can make a reservation by time and date allowing access via U-KeyTM for only that set time.
All SecureALL locks come with integrated door ajar sensors (no wiring required). These sensors let facilities know if a door is being propped open when it should be closed or if a door is still open at the end of the day. This feature prevents wasting heat or A/C. Door ajar sensors may be programmed to be active during specific times of the day.
The U-KeyTM may be also used for non-security applications, such as dining charges or on-campus services.
The U-KeyTM multi-distance feature is ideal for individuals who are physically challenged because it enables them access based upon their physical needs (i.e. allows additional time for someone in a wheelchair to access a building).
